Those tools help you write a draft. PackCraft gives your team the layer they do not: platform-specific copy, a designer brief with hex codes, a video script with timestamps, an execution checklist, and brand memory that holds across packs. One working document, not a blank chat box.

We already have a social media manager and freelancers. Why do we need this?

PackCraft does not replace them. It removes re-explaining, fuzzy handoffs, and the manual coordination that surrounds their work.

Can agencies use PackCraft for their clients?

What if the tone is off? What if it sounds like generic AI?

During setup we build a 10,000+ word brand knowledge base: tone, approved phrasing, restrictions, audience. The system does not invent your voice from scratch. It works inside the rules you set. The /won and /lost commands after each pack refine future output.

What stays under our control?

Everything. Final review, publishing decisions, brand logic. PackCraft delivers working materials. Your team decides what ships and what does not.

What happens when someone on the team changes?

Nothing critical. The brand knowledge base stays in the system. The new person gets the same materials in the same format. The brand does not restart from zero.

Who is this not for?

If you have no team at all and do everything yourself, with no designer, no social media person, and no freelancers, PackCraft will produce materials but nobody will execute them. The system works best where people already exist but the structure between them is missing.

How do you keep our brand and client data confidential?

Your knowledge base is yours. You edit it in your own Google Drive and export it anytime. Content runs through Anthropic's API under its commercial terms, which do not use your data to train models, and PackCraft trains no models of its own. Every pack goes through your team's review before anything is published. Each client's data is kept separate under its own access controls, encrypted in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers.

HOW IT WORKS IN PRACTICE
Is setup difficult? How long does it take?

No. A short intake form is enough to start. The pilot takes about 3 to 4 hours of your time over 4 weeks. Setup begins right after the pilot.

What if the output does not fit?

That is what the pilot is for. You see 3 to 5 packs on real tasks before making a decision. The $500 pilot fee is credited to setup if you continue. If you decide not to, there is nothing else to pay.

Which platforms are supported?

PackCraft supports 15 platforms: Instagram (feed, Stories, Reels), Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads, and others. We configure up to 8 of your choice per pack.

Can it work in more than one language?

Yes. Multilingual output is configured during setup, with no manual rebuild for each pack.

Is this a subscription? Can we cancel?

After the pilot and setup, PackCraft runs as a monthly system at $1,500 a month. No long-term contract. If the system does not work for you, you stop.
